Job summary

BD is seeking an Area Business Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region responsible for driving sales and market share growth of plastic surgery products. You will manage key customer relationships and lead implementation of commercial strategies across states including VA, NC, and MD.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of surgical device sales experience, with a proven track record of overachieving targets. Willingness to travel up to 75% is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, marketing or related scientific field.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful Surgical Device sales experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or reconstructive surgery.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic region (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas for plastic surgery products within the Mid-Atlantic region.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, plastic surgeons, practice managers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration for Davol's product line.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training for customers.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring favorable terms for Davol.
