Job summary

BD, a global medical technology leader, is seeking a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Area Specialist in the United States. You will partner with the Area Business Manager and internal stakeholders to manage PRS customer accounts, serve as the brand ambassador, and ensure seamless remote and onsite account management.

The role requires ownership of the PRS customer experience, collaboration with internal teams, and guidance on product sizing, storage, and ordering processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years corporate environment experience.
• Strong integrity and ethics.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 40% domestically in US.

Responsibilities

• Manages PRS customer accounts in US region as assigned.
• Virtually interfaces with accounts via telcon, email, text/phone, and in-person as needed.
• Responds to and/or streamlines account inquiries to internal partners.
• Provides orientation to existing customers and new accounts on product ordering and payment processes.
• Works with internal partners to establish new accounts and pricing contracts.
• Resolves pricing discrepancies and negotiates pricing contracts.
• Facilitates urgent order fulfillment and product returns with refunds/credits.
• Acts as product expert and responds to inquiries from customers.
