Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Plasma Donor Center Technician to perform plasmapheresis and venipuncture with a focus on donor safety and quality. You will work within a fast-paced environment, following SOPs and maintaining records and equipment.

Responsibilities include equipment setup, sample labeling, machine monitoring, and adherence to safety protocols while delivering excellent donor service and documentation integrity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent.
• Completed documentation of training appropriate for duties, prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasmapheresis procedure; maintain donor safety and comfort.
• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP and company policies.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Set up equipment, label samples, and monitor machine alarms and events.
• Calibrate and maintain plasmapheresis machines; manage supplies and waste.
• Provide high-quality donor experience and record-keeping.
• Support training and comply with safety protocols.
