Job summary

Octapharma Plasma, Inc. seeks a Donor Center Specialist to perform plasmapheresis procedures and venipuncture. You will ensure donor safety and comfort while maintaining strict compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role requires strong customer service, documentation accuracy, and ability to work in a fast-paced setting across day and evening shifts, including weekends. Training provided and opportunities for growth within the donor center.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3 months’ experience in a medical/health care environment preferred.
• Completed documentation of training prior to duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis procedures and venipuncture.
• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP standards.
• Maintain donor experience and facility cleanliness; manage inventory.
