Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Plasma Donor Technician to perform venipunctures and operate plasmapheresis equipment. The role emphasizes donor safety, adherence to SOPs, and precise documentation in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work day and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed. Training and benefits are provided by the company.

• Ability to perform venipuncture.
• Ability to produce accurate and complete documentation.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection with high quality and safety.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and events.
• Monitor donor safety, comfort, and plasma product quality.
• Set up equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis; label units and samples.
• Maintain machine logs and documentation; report unsafe conditions to management.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly calibration and maintenance of plasmapheresis machines.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and SOPs (FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Stock and replenish supplies; keep a clean, professional work environment.
• Drive training efficiencies and ensure timely, compliant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
