Responsibilities

• Perform plasmapheresis venipunctures and plasma collection.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP and SOP standards.
• Ensure donor comfort, confidentiality and high-quality service.
• Set up equipment, label samples, and manage inventory safely.
• Document machine logs, calibrations and donor interactions.
• Mentor teammates as a designated trainer and support QA initiatives.
