Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a Phlebotomist II to perform plasmapheresis and venipuncture, delivering safe, high-quality donor care in a regulated environment.

You will set up and maintain equipment, monitor donor conditions, document machine logs, and respond to alarms while ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety rules.

As a designated trainer, you’ll mentor teammates, support continuous improvement initiatives with QA, and uphold the company’s commitment to patient and donor safety.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ experience in a medical/healthcare environment preferred.
• Completed documentation of training prior to performing duties independently.

Responsabilidades

• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection per SOPs.
• Set up equipment and dispose of biohazard waste per safety protocols.
• Monitor donor conditions and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Maintain accurate records and logs for plasmapheresis machines.
• Mentor and train team members as a designated trainer.
