Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a plasmapheresis technician to perform venipunctures and plasma collection in a fast-paced setting. You will operate plasmapheresis machines, monitor donor safety, document processes, and maintain equipment per SOPs.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, basic medical environment experience, and a commitment to quality and compliance. This role requires daytime and evening shifts, with up to 20% travel to donation centers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a medical/healthcare setting preferred (3 months).
• Completion of required training prior to duties.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipunctures and plasmapheresis procedures with safety and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and accurate documentation.
• Monitor donor condition and respond to machine alarms and events.
• Calibrate and maintain plasmapheresis equipment as required.
• Provide excellent donor service and maintain a clean work environment.
