Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must hold CPT1 CPT2 CLS or MLT license in California.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma center operations.
• Record donor vital signs and finger stick results; maintain donor charts in the Donor Information System.
• Coordinate donor compensation and maintain accurate records; identify opportunities for center process improvements.
• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and staff safety during shifts including weekends and holidays.
