Biolife Plasma Services in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a part-time Phlebotomy/Donor Screener. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and record vital signs while ensuring donor and staff safety. You will work with the Donor Information System, maintain donor charts, and coordinate compensation.

Roles include varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and relevant California licenses (CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT).

Formación

• Must hold one of CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT licenses in California.
• Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 32 lbs.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors, record donor vitals and finger stick results.
• Use Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement approved changes.
• Support donors with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
