BioLife Plasma Services in Bakersfield, CA seeks a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomy support. You will greet donors, conduct screenings, record vital signs, and support center operations in a patient-facing capacity.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with evenings, weekends, and holidays required. A CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certification in California is expected, plus prior donor or customer-facing experience.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Licensure: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT in California is required/acceptable.
• 1+ years of customer or patient-facing experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for full shift and lift up to 32 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to work even and weekend shifts, holidays.

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use Donor Information System and prepare donor charts and records.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes.
