Qualifications

• Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.
• One or more years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; take and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records; coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for improvement and initiate changes to center processes.
• Support donors across shifts, including weekends, holidays, and varying schedules.
