Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold California CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in customer/patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and focus on donors while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and take/record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and initiate changes using approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
