Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Bakersfield, CA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy duties. You will greet donors, perform vital signs and finger sticks, and maintain donor charts using our system. CA CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT certifications are required.

The role supports plasma center operations and includes varied shifts, weekends, and holidays. Starting wage is $19.50 per hour, with benefits and opportunities to grow within the center as you contribute to safe and quality donor

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Current license/certification in CA: CPT1, CPT2, CLS or MLT.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Screen donors and perform phlebotomy to support plasma operations.
• Record donor vital signs, finger sticks, and coordinate donor charts.
• Greet donors, answer phones, and ensure donor safety.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements per procedures.
