Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Visalia, CA, seeks a part-time phlebotomy donor screener to support plasma center operations. You will perform phlebotomy, screen donors, and manage donor records with accuracy, reporting to the Plasma Center Manager.

Must hold a California CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license and be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma required and prior donor or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Current California CPT1/CPT2/CLS/MLT license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in donor screening or customer-facing role preferred.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor safety.
• Screen donors and record donor vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and help implement center processes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
