Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months experience as a phlebotomist preferred; hospital/medical setting experience beneficial.
• Experience with pheresis and plasma collection is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform pheresis procedures and plasma collection per SOPs, including donor set-up, monitoring, and disconnect.
• Conduct venipuncture to start the pheresis process in accordance with FDA guidelines.
• Monitor donors for vein performance and adverse reactions, adjust process for donor safety and efficiency.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system and document incidents.
• Maintain clean work environment, manage supplies, and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
