Job summary

CSL Plasma is seeking a staff member to perform pheresis procedures and plasma collection in a donor center. You will setup donors, monitor the process, collect samples, and ensure donor safety while following FDA guidelines and SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in a medical setting; CPT I certification or RN license is preferred. You will use a PDA and electronic system for documentation and may assist with transmitter equipment issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and monitor the pheresis process per SOPs.
• Set up donors, monitor during donation, and disconnect donors after pheresis.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic system.
• Troubleshoot equipment alarms and assist with donor safety during procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
