Job summary

Grifols in the United States is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, supervise donor flow, and ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA and cGMP standards. The role includes training staff and maintaining thorough records.

Under the Center Manager's guidance, you will help maintain a clean facility, generate reports, and support center operations to meet high production standards and quality control requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer certification(s) required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ability to perform all tasks within the plasma center; supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with state and federal regulations, FDA-approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and all manufacturing records to maintain highest production standards per regulations.
• Attend required training sessions and staff meetings.
• Ensure accurate documentation of necessary records.
• Assist in keeping the facility neat and equipment in good working order under the Center Manager/Assistant Manager guidance.
• Submit timely and accurate reports as required by leadership.
• Assist in control of center donor funds as determined by leadership.
• Assist in training of new and current employees.
