Job summary

Grifols, S.A. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations, donor flow, and adherence to FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and cGMP standards. The role requires coordination with the Center Manager and staff to maintain quality and compliance across daily activities.

You will train new employees, supervise documentation, and ensure safety and efficiency in a dynamic healthcare environment at our Stillwater, OK location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certifications as Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor and Designated Trainer required.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing and plasma processing duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the ability to perform any/all tasks within the plasma center and supervise donor flow.
• Learn and maintain familiarity with state and federal regulations, FDA-approved SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and internal procedures.
• Supervise donor selection, plasma collection and manufacturing records to maintain high production standards.
• Attend all required training sessions and staff meetings; ensure thorough documentation of records.
• Ensure facility is neat and clean and equipment is in good working order.
• Submit timely and accurate reports to the Center Manager/Assistant Manager.
• Assist in training new and current employees.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation and customer satisfaction.
• Assist Center Manager in tasks necessary to meet company objectives.
