Job summary

Grifols is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee plasma center operations in Bowling Green, OH. You will supervise donor flow and ensure tasks are completed to meet production standards.

The role requires knowledge of FDA/OSHA/CLIA/cGMP and internal SOPs, and involves training staff, maintaining records, and reporting to the Center Manager.

You will work onsite, engage with donors, and help keep equipment running smoothly while ensuring safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified as a Phlebotomist, Donor Processor, Plasma Processor, and Designated Trainer.
• Typically requires 4 years of related experience with phlebotomy, donor processing, and plasma processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise donor flow and perform tasks within the plasma center.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, cGMP and SOPs.
• Oversee donor selection, plasma collection, and manufacturing records.
• Attend trainings and meetings; maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep the facility clean and equipment in good working order.
• Assist Center Manager in training staff.
• Communicate with other service areas to ensure quality.
• Build rapport with donors to support long-term donation.
• Report unsafe conditions to area lead or manager.
• May assist in repairing plasma center equipment.
