Job summary

CSL Plasma in Clifton, NJ is hiring a Donor Center Associate to prepare donors and the pheresis setup, monitor during the procedure, and ensure donor safety and data accuracy. You will handle equipment, record events in the PDA, and maintain a clean, compliant work environment.

Responsibilities include greeting donors, verifying suitability, completing health screenings, logging data in the donor information system, and assisting staff as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three months' work experience, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.
• Monitors the donor and the pheresis process, responds to alarms or signals that may occur during the process.
• Uses PDA to record incidents that occur during the pheresis process and to link equipment to the donor.
• Maintains a clean, efficient work environment and ensures supplies and forms are available as needed.
• May be cross-trained in other areas to meet the needs of the business.
