Job summary

CSL Plasma in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a Full Time Donor Center Technician responsible for preparing the donor, donor area and equipment for the pheresis process.

You will monitor the donor and the pheresis process, respond to alarms, disconnect the donor when complete, and accurately record donor data in the electronic donor information management system, while promoting safety and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months' work experience in a medical or health provider environment.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the autopheresis machine for the pheresis process.
• Monitor the donor and the pheresis process and respond to alarms.
• Disconnect the donor when the process is complete.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic donor information management system as SOPs specify.
• Maintain a clean, efficient work environment and ensure supplies are available.
• Follow HSE and OSHA policies and promote safety.
• May be cross-trained in other areas as needed.
