Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.
• Bilingual skills may be required at the organization's discretion.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting registration procedures.
• Assist qualified donors in screening according to SOPs (health history, medical questions, referrals to staff).
• Perform health screening such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature, and finger stick for hematocrit/total protein.
• Educate donors on therapeutic products and center policies after training.
• Maintain data in the electronic donor information management system with accuracy.
