This role emphasizes strong customer service, accurate documentation, and adherence to SOPs. Daytime and evening shifts, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification/licensing as required by state.
• Minimum three months in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Documentation of training prior to performing duties independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to follow protocols.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to document accurately.

Responsibilities

• Ensures overall operation complies with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP standards.
• Maintains high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Sets up and prepares venipuncture and plasmapheresis equipment.
• Performs venipunctures and plasma collection to high quality standards.
• Operates plasmapheresis machines and evaluates alarms and events.
• Maintains donor safety and product quality throughout procedures.
