Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a donor center professional to perform plasmapheresis and venipuncture procedures. You will ensure donor safety, follow SOPs, and accurately label and document samples while maintaining a clean, compliant work environment.

The role requires strong customer service skills, adherence to English-language protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting with daily training opportunities and safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 months’ experience in medical/healthcare setting preferred.
• Documentation of training completed prior to performing duties.

Responsibilities

• Execute plasmapheresis process and venipunctures.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and SOPs.
• Deliver quality donor service and maintain donor confidentiality.
• Prepare equipment and perform collection with proper labeling.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms.
• Dispose of biohazardous waste and maintain safety protocols.
• Maintain machine calibration and perform routine maintenance.
• Document Donor Floor records and inventory.
