Job summary

CSL is seeking a Donor Center Associate to greet donors and guide them through eligibility screening at our plasma center in Houston. You will collect health information, perform basic health checks, and educate donors on procedures and safety practices.

Responsibilities include recording data in the donor system, assisting with donor flow, and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment. Prior clerical or medical-facing experience is helpful and bilingual ability may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 months of clerical or customer service experience, preferably in medical settings.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors at the plasma collection center and verify donor suitability.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history review and questions.
• Perform health screenings such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature.
• Explain procedures to donors and answer questions, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Record donor data accurately in the electronic donor information system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with SOPs, HSE, and OSHA policies.
• Handle inquiries by phone and assist with donor flow as needed.
