Job summary

The CSL Vifor plasma collection center in Baltimore seeks a donor screener responsible for greeting donors, guiding them through screening procedures, and recording data. You will report to the Assistant Center Manager and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with health history questions, monitoring vitals, and ensuring SOPs are followed. Training may lead to educating donors about plasma-based products and center policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position.
• Will perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and guide them through screening and self-check procedures.
• Record donor information accurately in the electronic system and monitor vital signs.
• Communicate SOPs, health history questions, and center policies to donors.
• Refer donors to medical staff when appropriate and escalate donor flow issues as needed.
