Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Lift to 5 lbs, occasional lifts up to 32 lbs and rarely 50 lbs.
• One+ years in customer-facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement approved changes.
• Support donors across a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
