Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Phlebotomist to support plasma center operations by screening donors and performing phlebotomy. You will greet donors, monitor during donation, and ensure proper setup and operation of plasmapheresis equipment.

The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, with focus on safety and compliance in a patient-facing environment. Training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays work.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach above shoulders and below knees.
• Lift up to 32 lbs rarely 50 lbs.
• Manual dexterity and hearing for equipment.
• Some experience in customer or patient facing role helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors on entry/exit.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machine.
• Monitor donors and manage reactions.
• Handle setup, verification, operation, and troubleshooting of plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on plasmapheresis machines.
• Stock supplies and dispose of materials.
• Record donor vitals and enter data into DIS.
• Coordinate donor flow and compensate donors via Debit Card.
