Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors, focusing on safety and service.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain accurate donor charts and compensation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve center processes and implement approved changes.
