BioLife Plasma Services, LP in Fayetteville, AR, is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities to support center operations. You will greet donors, screen new and repeat donors, record vital signs, and coordinate donor compensation, working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Shifts are typically 4–6 hours, 3+ days per week, with paid training and opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.
• Phlebotomy experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones and greet donors while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational opportunities for center process improvements per approved procedures.
• Work a variety of shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
