Job summary

BioLife in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener to support plasma center operations. The role offers 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with paid training and a strong focus on customer service and quality.

You will greet donors, screen and record vital signs, use the donor information system, and help maintain donor charts and center operations. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk/stand for the entire shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years customer/patient facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while ensuring safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs.
• Prepare donor charts and maintain accurate records in the info system.
• Coordinate donor compensation and assist center operations.
• Support shift coverage including weekends and holidays.
