BioLife Plasma Services in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Phlebotomist to greet donors, perform venipuncture, and support plasma center operations. You will monitor donors, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and ensure accurate data entry into the Donor Information System (DIS).

The role requires standing, evening/weekend availability, and ability to lift light to moderate weights. Previous customer-facing work is helpful; the position is part-time with patient-centered responsibilities.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years minimum experience in a customer or patient facing role is helpful.

Aufgaben

• Greet donors and manage donor floor flow.
• Perform venipuncture and program plasmapheresis machines.
• Monitor donors during donation and manage reactions.
• Set up, verify, operate, and troubleshoot plasmapheresis equipment.
• Install, prime, and disconnect disposable sets on machines.
• Stock supplies and handle waste disposal.
• Record donor vitals and enter data into the DIS.
• Coordinate donor flow and compensate donors via Debit Card system.
• Support center management in process improvements (5S, Kaizen).
