Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, LP is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy responsibilities. You will engage with donors, perform screenings, and support plasma center operations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The position requires flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 4–6 hour shifts several days per week. Starting wage is shown for the Chattanooga location and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
• 1+ years in customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use the Donor Information System and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify opportunities for center process improvements and initiate changes per procedures.
• Support donors by working varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
