Job summary

The role involves performing health screenings, such as blood pressure, pulse, weight, and temperature checks, and recording donor data accurately. Cross-training and bilingual ability may be required depending on needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) months experience in a clerical or customer service related position, preferably in medical or health provider environment or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Greeting donors at the plasma collection center and conducting registration procedures to verify donor suitability for the plasma pheresis process.
• Assist qualified donors in completing the screening process, including health history assessment, basic medical questions, referrals to medical staff, and performing health screening procedures.
