Job summary

Takeda's BioLife Plasma Services center in Texas seeks a donor screener/phlebotomist to support plasma collection. You will screen donors, perform phlebotomy, and manage donor charts and compensation using our system. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Fine motor coordination and hearing to monitor equipment.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and record donor vital signs.
• Perform phlebotomy to support center operations.
• Use Donor Information System to prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Maintain accurate records and donor-related documentation.
• Contribute to center process improvements and participate in shift coverage including weekends/holidays.
