Job summary

Takeda's BioLife plasma center in Irving, TX is seeking a truly part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomy support. Expect 4–6 hour shifts, 3+ days per week, with weekends and holidays required. You will greet donors, screen, record vital signs, and help ensure safety and quality in every interaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
• 1+ years in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and answer phones while focusing on donor safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and fingerstick results.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvements and initiate changes to center processes.
• Work varied shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
