Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Universal City, TX is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support center operations. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and focus on donor safety and high-quality plasma collection.

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting donors, screening donors, recording vital signs, using the Donor Information System, preparing donor charts, and coordinating donor compensation. You may work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• One or more years minimum experience working in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
• Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
• Be available for donors, working a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Screen new and repeat donors and take and record donor vital signs and finger-stick results.
• Use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Answer phones, greet and focus on our donors, while ensuring the safety of donors and our team.
