Job summary

BioLife, operated within Takeda, is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener/phlebotomist to join our Dallas center. You will greet donors, perform screenings, and support plasma center operations with attention to safety and accuracy.

You will participate in a comprehensive training program and work 4–6 hours a day, 3+ days per week, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma and basic fitness are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to stand for the entire shift and walk during shifts.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 5 lbs and occasionally more.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet donors, and ensure donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors; record vital signs and finger sticks.
• Use Donor Information System; prepare donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and support center operations changes.
• Work varied shifts including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
