Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 32 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs rarely.
• Prolonged glove wear due to potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring their safety.
• Screen donors and record vital signs and results.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate donor compensation.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities in center processes.
• Work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
