Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and pheresis procedures following SOPs.
• Monitor donor during pheresis and donor safety; manage donor setup and disconnect.
• Educate donors on plasma products, health screening, appointment system and policies.
• Record incidents and donor data accurately using the donor information system.
• Respond to donor reactions and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and comply with HSE/OSHA policies.
