CSL Plasma is seeking staff to efficiently collect plasma by performing pheresis and venipuncture while following SOPs. You will set up donors, monitor the process, and ensure safety and donor experience. This role includes educating donors about screening, health tests, fees, and center policies.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, with at least 6 months of phlebotomy experience; 12 months in healthcare preferred. Training will cover equipment, documentation, and safety protocols.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months of experience in a medical or health care environment preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• External candidates must have a minimum of 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist; one year of experience is preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Perform venipuncture to begin pheresis process.
• In compliance with SOPs, perform all aspects of the pheresis procedure and plasma collection, including donor setup, monitoring and disconnect.
• Monitor donor flow and adjust to expedite donation time and ensure product quality and donor safety.
• Educate new donors on the donor screening process, health tests, appointment system, and center policies.
• Record incidents and donor data in the electronic donor information management system per SOPs.
