CSL plasma donation centers seek a trained phlebotomy/pheresis technician to perform venipuncture and manage the pheresis process from donor setup through disconnect. You will monitor donors for reactions, document data in our electronic system, and consistently adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines.

The role emphasizes accurate data capture, proper equipment calibration, and maintaining a safe environment while delivering a positive donor experience.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum twelve (12) months experience in a medical or health care environment preferred. For Centers located in CA, additional state-specific requirements may apply.

Mansioni

• Perform venipuncture to begin the pheresis process.
• Conduct pheresis procedures, donor setup, monitoring and disconnect according to SOPs.
• Monitor donor vein performance and adjust to ensure donor safety and efficient donation.
• Record incidents, machine alerts and donor data in the electronic system.
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and follow HSE/OSHA policies.
