Job summary

CSL Plasma is hiring a Plasma Donor Center Technician to support the collection of plasma from donors. You will perform venipuncture, monitor the pheresis process, and follow SOPs to ensure donor safety and product quality.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least 12 months of experience in a medical or health care environment; California centers may require certification or RN status. Training is provided, and adherence to HSE/OSHA policies is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Twelve months experience in medical/health care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipuncture on donors to begin pheresis.
• Monitors the pheresis process and donor safety.
• Follows SOPs and FDA guidelines during procedures.
• Evaluates donor vein performance and expedites donation time as needed.
• Records donor data accurately in the electronic donor information management system.
• Maintains a clean, safe work environment and ensures supplies are stocked.
