Job summary

Octapharma Plasma is seeking a Plasma Donor Center Technician to perform plasmapheresis procedures, including venipuncture, machine operation, and donor monitoring. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP guidelines while delivering a positive donor experience.

The role requires basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to document accurately. Day and evening shifts, with travel up to 20% as needed, are possible.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three (3) months experience in a medical or health care environment or equivalent.
• Completed documentation of training prior to performing duties independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute venipunctures and plasma collection with the highest quality and safety.
• Operate plasmapheresis machines and respond to alarms and alerts.
• Maintain donor confidentiality and verify donor identity per SOPs.
• Stock and replenish supplies to support production and keep a clean environment.
• Document machine logs and safe donor conditions; report unsafe situations.
