CSL Plasma in Florida seeks a Phlebotomy Technician to perform pheresis and plasma collection following SOPs. You will set up donors, monitor during donation, and ensure accuracy and donor safety.

Responsibilities include venipuncture, vein performance evaluation, documenting incidents with a PDA, calibrating equipment, and assisting with donor questions. Requires health care setting experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months’ experience as a phlebotomist; one year preferred.
• Internal CSL DST training completed for applicants.

Responsabilités

• Perform pheresis procedure and plasma collection; donor setup, monitoring, and disconnect.
• Perform venipuncture in accordance with SOPs and FDA guidelines.
• Evaluate donor vein performance and adjust as needed to expedite donation and ensure safety.
• Educate donors on donation process, screening, fees, policies, nutrition, and center information.
