The position emphasizes accurate recordkeeping, safety, and high-quality donor interactions in a regulated center environment. The role requires adhering to FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, and GMP requirements, performing routine quality checks, and maintaining clean donor center operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three months’ clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Specific state requirements may apply for certifications or licenses.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintain high levels of customer service and donor confidentiality.
• Perform donor eligibility assessments including vitals and basic tests.
• Set up and operate automated plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Process plasma collection and handling in line with SOPs and transport rules.
• Monitor temperatures and document variances in the facility.
