Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and some clerical or customer service experience, with strong communication skills and basic computer literacy. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge and skills.
• Ability to speak, read, write English.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to read, follow, and interpret regulations and manuals.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred (location specific).
• Ability to read numbers on screening equipment and perform calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and industry regulations to maintain production standards and facility compliance.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain a positive donor experience while safeguarding donor confidentiality.
• Assess donor eligibility, including vitals evaluation and testing per SOPs.
• Monitor donor conditions to ensure safety, comfort, and product quality.
• Set up and operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms or adverse events.
• Collect, process, and store plasma products per SOPs and regulations.
• Maintain donor center equipment and perform QC checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and manage supplies; proper biohazard disposal.
• Provide accurate recordkeeping in line with SOPs and company policy.
• Mentor and train staff as Designated Trainer; collaborate on CAPA and improvements.
• Perform inventory tasks and FIFO procedures.
