Octapharma Plasma, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented Donor Center Associate responsible for donor eligibility, plasma collection, and product processing while ensuring compliance with all SOPs and regulations.

You will maintain donor confidentiality, provide excellent customer service, operate plasmapheresis equipment, and support quality control and recordkeeping in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a high school diploma and willingness to meet physical and shift requirements;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months' experience in clerical or customer service preferred.
• Specific state certifications or licenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Determine donor eligibility and monitor donor conditions.
• Operate plasmapheresis equipment and respond to alarms.
• Maintain compliance with FDA, OSHA, CLIA, GMP SOPs.
