Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• Minimum three (3) months’ experience in a medical or health care environment preferred.
• Must have completed training documentation prior to performing duties independently.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to follow written/verbal protocol.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation complies with state and federal regulations (FDA SOPs, OSHA, CLIA, GMP).
• Maintains high level of customer service and donor experience.
• Prepares equipment and supplies for venipuncture and plasmapheresis.
• Performs venipunctures and plasma collection to high quality standards.
• Operates plasmapheresis machines and responds to alarms and donor events.
• Monitors donor safety and donor confidentiality while ensuring product quality.
